Hoy se celebra el Día del Vino Argentino
Cada 24 de noviembre, se resalta el valor de la vitivinicultura a lo largo y ancho de todo el país. Argentina es el país más importante de América del Sur y uno de las 10 más destacados en el negocio vitivinícola mundial.
En 2013, con la Ley Nº 26.870 se declaró al vino como una bebida nacional y desde entonces cada 24 de noviembre se celebra el Día del Vino Argentino, que busca exaltar este producto que es reconocido a nivel mundial con su importante rol en la identidad argentina.
La actividad vitivinícola dinamiza las economías regionales de las provincias productoras y genera un alto valor agregado en origen. De Jujuy a la Patagonia, las más de 230.000 hectáreas cultivadas con vid hacen de Argentina uno de los más diversos en climas, suelos y características culturales.
Algunos lo prefieren tinto, rosado, dulce, seco, blanco, espumoso; se toman a 12ºC ó 18ºC, y en Argentina cobra tanta importancia que de hecho hay 200.000 hectáreas dedicadas a la producción vitivinícola. Si bien se exporta vino a más de 160 países, la mayor parte de la producción (70%) está destinada al mercado local.
Según informaron expertos, la cepa más representativa es el Malbec, que encabeza la cantidad de hectáreas plantadas con más de 43.000. Y si bien la Torrontés es la única uva nativa, el Malbec se distribuyó en todas las regiones obteniendo excelentes resultados.
El Vino Argentino, Bebida Nacional se celebra en cada rincón del país en una serie de eventos locales y regionales que arrancan el 22 de noviembre y se extienden hasta principios de diciembre.
También por estar tan arraigados a la cultura gastronómica, muchos de los catadores de vino saldrán a disfrutar esta de noche de una botella en una vasta serie de eventos locales y regionales que se extenderán hasta principios de diciembre.
Un ejemplo de actividades, es la «Noche de Vinos» que comenzará hoy de 18.30 a 21.30, organizada por la Cámara de Comerciantes de Villa Devoto, con más de 20 restaurantes, bares y vinotecas que brindarán descuentos, promociones y menús especiales.
Los restaurantes que participan del circuito son: Pablos, Ritratto, Café de la Plaza, Cucina Paradiso, Laganini Jazz Bar, Alicia, Lucca, Mecha, Fabric, Femma, Misión Plaza, Tiempo de Sabores, Restaurante del Círculo Devoto, Sushi Club Devoto, La Santa.
También vinotecas como Barrica Uno, Vinoteca Devoto, Delito Wines, Tiempo de Sabores, La Bodega de Bórbore, Bodega Amparo, Pámpano Wine Bar y La Casa de los Vinos (Tombetta). (VW)
