El “Distrito Lanusita” ya es un éxito
La iniciativa surgió con la creación de un centro comercial a cielo abierto que involucra a comerciantes de 37 cuadras de Lanús oeste. El próximo evento para este mes de noviembre será una exposición de autos antiguos.
El 23 de octubre pasado se lanzó el Distrito Lanusita, un espacio que contempla las necesidades de los comercios y PYMES locales conjugadas con las demandas de los vecinos. El próximo evento será una exposición de autos antiguos, con promociones y beneficios para los concurrentes.
Nanci Gentilezza es representante del Distrito Lanusita y de la Cámara de Gastronómicos de Lanús, en diálogo con Visión de Radio contó que a raíz de la pandemia, y frente a la crisis económica ocasionada por las restricciones nació esta iniciativa como un puente de salida.
“Durante el 2020 los gastronómicos formaron la Cámara y comenzaron a tener reuniones con el intendente Grindetti para resolver tantos problemas”, explicó Gentilezza.
Y subrayó que: “Desde la municipalidad hubo acompañamiento y contención. Así fue que el Intendente propuso la formación de un centro comercial a cielo abierto, y se puso en marcha el proyecto en conjunto con comerciantes de indumentaria, inmobiliarios y profesionales”.
La Primicia para Visión de Radio: Como resultado de la última reunión de Comisión del viernes 5 de noviembre, están trabajando en la organización de una exposición de autos antiguos, “evento que va a contar con algún show artístico, música y por supuesto con promociones en gastronomía, sorteos o sorpresas para los concurrentes”, resaltó Nanci Gentilezza.
Además, la empresaria contó que la iniciativa en el centro comercial abarca 37 cuadras con obras, cuya “primer etapa está finalizada y consta de la intervención de muchas cuadras con totes en las esquinas que señalizan los locales, con códigos QR que llevan directamente a la propuesta de cada establecimiento gastronómico”.
“También hubo embellecimiento con la colocación de macetas plantas con flores, árboles, intervención de las sendas peatonales, colocación de mesetas peatonales en algunas esquinas de 25 de mayo, y la construcción de decks en las veredas de locales gastronómicos, que a diferencia de otros lugares son estructuras sólidas”, detalló la representante.
Cabe destacar que durante toda la cuarentena, el municipio otorgó beneficios tributarios para los gastronómicos, salones de fiesta, gimnasios, entre otros, por medio de los cuales “tuvimos la condonación de las tasas durante todo el 2020, como también la exención de la tasa de ocupación de la vía pública de publicidad y propaganda, sobre todo a raíz de que los locales se “mudaron” a la vereda”, indicó Gentilezza.
Y agregó que: “Ahora estamos mejor por el aforo. Hoy por hoy el Distrito Lanusita es un éxito absoluto”.
También explicó que los cordones pintados de turquesa o azul “son para carga y descarga de mercadería, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de poder estacionar para la provisión. Aunque no es estacionamiento, sólo se permite por 20 minutos y cuentan con un permiso para ello”. (VW)
